The practitioner applies sea mud to the main joints of your body and invites you to enjoy this comforting wrap in a subdued atmosphere with peaceful music for total relaxation.

The treatment is followed by a warm shower in sea water to extend the benefits of sea mud or a cool shower.

Either way, you skin is soft and velvety, and your body is recharged with previous mineral salts.

The powers of sea mud

Rich with trace elements and negative ions easily absorbed by the body, warm sea mud is known for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and detoxifying properties. They protect against rheumatism and provide deep muscle relaxation.

Our sea mud comes from the Mont Saint-Michel bay.
